You Have Hope exists: To glorify God through the clear and expositional teaching and preaching of God's Word. To give strength, endurance, comfort, and encouragement to God's people by communicating the truth of God's Word through radio and internet media, various audio and video media resources (tapes, CD's and DVD's) and other printed materials. To clearly and plainly share the message of hope in the gospel to the lost.

Dr. Jerry R. Harmon is a native of Baltimore, MD. He received his M.Div, and Ph.D. from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in Cordova, TN. Dr. Harmon currently serves at the Senior Pastor of Ellendale Baptist Church in Bartlett, TN. Before coming to Ellendale, Dr. Harmon served as the Teaching Pastor at Grace Bible Baptist Church in Baltimore, MD. He has also served pastorates in Louisiana, Arkansas, and New York. Dr. Harmon and his wife, Carolyn, have been married for twenty-one years and have four children: Abby, Jeremiah, Josiah, and Annie.
